Seniors Vs Lady Vets

 Under the Captaincy of Nick Copestick, the final match of the year was held at Nicks home club of Trentham. A most enjoyable day was had with nobody able to remember the results; I suspect that different rules applied to each of the matches and hence the confusion.
Our thanks go to Gill the lady vets captain who gave a wonderful speech and to Trentham golf Club who hosted the event and as always were most hospitable.
Unfortunately this was to be Nicks last match as seniors captain. Pressures of work forced this and we are indeed fortunate to welcome mt Andrew Datchan as our new captain. Andrew will be finishing as county president in Feb  2012
