Boys Midland League Finals 2012
2012 7th October, Cleobury Mortimer Golf Club
The Midland Boys League final was played in blustery conditions at Newcastle under Lyme GC , 9th October 2011. Congratulations to Nottinghamshire for retaining the trophy. Thanks to both teams for playing in such great spirit. Staffordshire having won the foursomes 3-2 unfortnuately lost the match 7-8. Badly missed were Robert Burlison and Cameron Long who were representing England at U16 level against Ireland.
Our thanks to Newcastle for letting us use their course which
was in excellent condition and to all the staff who looked after us so well
during the event.
