Ten Counties Under 14s Tournament

2011 A decent result in the end from our boys who after a slow morning start found themselves in 9^th spot after the 18 holes morning round.

This event being a best 5 scores out of 6 stroke play aggregate event.

A good afternoon performance tying 1^st position pushed us up in to 7^th spot in the end but with the scoring so tite we were only 9 shots away from 3^rd position.

Best score out of the whole field during the day on this Par 54 course came from Staffordshire?s Matthew Downes with a 56 (2 over par in windy pm conditions). Also a good score from Matthew Jacques of 59 (5 over par).

Winning the event were Warwickshire on 606, second were Nottinghamshire on 625 and third were Lincolnshire on 627.
