Boys v Seniors

This event has now become a popular part of the seniors golfing calender. Nick Copestick, [Trentham GC] the new seniors captain, had a tough start to the season when Sandwell Park hosted the opening warm up event of 2011 with the seniors palying against Jim Whitehouses junior squad. After two consecutive defeats, the juniors had their revenge with a sound 13.5-2.5 victory against a shell shocked experienced seniors team. The weather was perfect for golf, warm and balmy with the course in first class condition.

Sandwell was in its usual magnificent condition and our thanks go to the club for hosting the event and for looking after us so well.
